 2. Pneumatic system

Solenoid valve adopts Britain IMI group NORGREN solenoid valve.Angle based valve, vacuum valve adopts NORGREN is professional development design.Electric pressure , solenoid valve all using direct current 24 v lower electric so    can assure using safety.Water pipe using thick wall special mouth pipe diameter so avoid tube rust jams solenoid valve fall off. Professional reasonable water pipe layout and greatly extend service life and easy to repair of fault.Feeding  sheet area using motor up and down.   Heavy Weight can reach 250 kg.Feeding sheet using rubber roller conveyer.  Feeding sheet using powerful motor chain feeding . no noise ,and assure the  operator safety .. two materials pole is easy to change sheet

 3. Heating area

Temperature meter using Japan FUJI.The electric stove by two phase heating and two stage control. Adopts stainless steel 304 manufacture heating stove.Heating brick using Taiwan QITE heating brick ,Japan high temperature line,. high   frequency porcelain joint  ,the Max power is 81.6kw.Heating brick control using Dial switch ratio adjuster (1-99%), control and adjust one by one and with two group powerful SCR controlled stove temperature and its can save electrical 30% compare with the same products.

Electric stove drive , electric stove use cylinder driving. The stove exit form the machine while power cut and repair.  4. Forming area

Cylinder adopt big diameter cylinder strength .high precision and durable.Up and down close mold configuration all with 4 automatic high lubrication and high precision leader driving .Protection ,set up and down mold in place buffer device .stronger and stability ,high suitable .moving stability and no noise ,its can setting speed and stroke . the max closed mold stroke can reach 300mm.Using Korea AUTONICS proximity switch can assure mold area action continue

and stability .Middle gate adopt high speed push and pull ,operate for convenient .

 5 .Chain track driving

Chain cover using import Cr12MoV, high carbon steel materials by the special precision processing and nitriding carburizing procwss. Finally by grinding plating hard chromium process.Middle plate and down plate using high quality 45# precision process .and connecting high precision. Lower rubbing ratio and extend service life .side plate using JAPAN steel and assure products parallelism.Sheet feeding using Global 2.2kw frequency transducer and with professional development reducer frequency motor. input required length , sheet feeding high speed and accuracy ,the best precision can reach ±1mm

 6. Cooling system

Using Ling 3 phase chiller 1 set .strength to carry water. Increasing cooling mould and track.Cooling of forming area fitout 4 sets strong blowing .and 10 group air nozzle .its can help stronger shapely .

 7. Collecting materials area

Collecting materials tank is removable design. Handle gear transmission .Using pneumatic press sheet and reduce the products damange.Sheet cutting using high precision cylinder transmission cutting .without  noise ,durable.  increasing gear closed press sheet. Sheet cutting accurate without push sheet phenomenon

 8. Vacuum system

Germany PUXU vacuum pump. Power is 3kw ,air exhaust speed is 100m3  per hour.Vacuum tank is 0.8 m3,using professional suppress production .extend service life .inwall no rust fall off and design exhaust function in the bottom ,easy to repair.

 9. Capacity

With the high speed stretching frequency transducer  ,high quality convey ,we according to the different thickness of materials forming products to the different situation while in the production time can be adjusted at the same time. We focus on the shorten action of the time .this machine can be satisfy high efficiency and long time operation.(faster can reach one shots per 7 seconds)
